You might know me from the last 15 years at Baer’s Den in Memphis and I’m excited to embark on this journey with you and your dog.
After studying under some of the best trainers in the world and earning my certification through the Bart Bellon school, I’m ready to create a specialized training program to fit you and your dog’s needs.
My Methodology.
My training philosophy is focused on the NePoPo® system of dog training that was inspired by nearly 40 years of experience and encompasses history, education, life experience, science, and practicality.
What is NePoPo®?
NePoPo® is a training system where you get behavior on cue, with heart and soul. NePoPo® is a negative-positive-positive training system that I learned to do instinctively because NePoPo® allows the handler to take advantage of the benefits of both Positive Reinforcement training and Negative Reinforcement training (sometimes called “Avoidance” training).
This style of training is effective, humane, and engaging for dog and handler alike. The NePoPo® method makes training easy, enjoyable, harmonious, passionate, entertaining, and effective.
